1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Malaysia. For international shipping inquiries, feel free to contact us at hello@barkhaus.co.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but generally takes:

Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 business days
East Malaysia: 3–6 business days

3. What are your shipping fees?

Shipping is free for orders above RM100 for West Malaysia ; RM200 for East Malaysia.
For orders below RM100 (WM) and RM200 (EM), a flat rate will apply during checkout.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return unused products within 7 days of receiving them. For more details, please refer to our [Shipping & Returns] page.

5. My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please send us an email at hello@barkhaus.co with a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

6. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Our Giftbox sets are specially curated and beautifully packed. You can also choose “🎁 This is a gift” before adding to cart and leave a gift message in your order note.

7. Will the price be included in the gift box?

No.  Gift orders will not include any packing list or pricing inside the box. Only the buyer will receive the order confirmation via email.

8. Are your products safe for pets?

Absolutely. All our formulas are made with gentle, non-toxic, lick-safe ingredients — safe for your dog’s skin and coat.

9. Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?

Yes, we’d love to help! Email us at hello@barkhaus.co and we’ll tailor something special for you.
