ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers before your checkout is completed. BARKHAUS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
CURRENCY & PRICING
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default.
Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier updates, currency fluctuations, or promotional changes.
If you're purchasing from outside Malaysia, please check with your local bank or PayPal for the final converted total.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship within Malaysia.
International shipping may be available soon — stay tuned!
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, sealed (for grooming products), and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy matters.
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order (name, address, email). Payment details are encrypted and handled securely through PayPal or iPay88.
We do not store or view your full credit card details.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be used after purchase.
They are non-transferable, valid within the stated time frame, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to withdraw or change promo codes at any time.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BARKHAUS is not responsible for delays caused by external courier services, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
PRODUCT CARE (FOR TOWELS, GROOMING ITEMS)
Our towel fabrics are designed for pets and machine-washable.
Keep grooming items sealed, away from heat, and out of reach of children or pets when not in use.
