We currently ship within Malaysia.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

📍 Delivery Time

➤ West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
➤ East Malaysia: 5–10 working days

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you (and your pet) to be happy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it — provided the item is unused, unopened (for grooming products), and in its original packaging.

📌 Return Conditions:

➤ Return shipping is paid by the customer
➤ Refunds will be processed within 3–5 days after we receive the item
➤ We do not accept returns for used products, sale items, or custom gift boxes
